We have launched a procurement procedure titled “Leasing and operation of e-paper passenger information displays and back-office applications” in accordance with the terms set out in the attached request for quotation.

The procurement procedure will be conducted through the Fluenta online system, and participation in the procedure is subject to prior application and registration.
Intention to participate must be indicated no later than 6 May 2026, 17:00 at the email address: [email protected].
Fluenta-registration
If the applicant is not yet registered in Fluenta system, they will receive the necessary registration information after sending the email indicating their intention to participate. The deadline for completing registration in the Fluenta system is within 24 hours from the sending of the informational email.
The application deadline will not be extended due to late application or registration completed after the specified deadline.
